Overview
The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) enables you to take control, live and enjoy the independent life you choose.
Juniper's CHSP in-home services offer basic support to older Australians in the comfort of their home.
CHSP is an entry-level aged care service that includes a range of aged care services for older people, including short-term or more regular help with showering, getting dressed, preparing meals, housework, outings.
The program also helps you access Juniper’s two Day Therapy Centres where you can benefit from government subsidies personalised health services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy and podiatry.
