Overview

INS LifeGuard delivers Australia’s only nurse-led personal alarm monitoring service.

We provide 24/7 emergency response by qualified healthcare professionals. Supporting in-home and mobile alarms, we help seniors, people with disabilities and lone workers live safely and independently. Our nurses assess every alarm, coordinate emergency services when needed, and provide reassurance, medical advice and follow-up. We also support GPS location, fall detection and telehealth monitoring through the INS LifeGuardian® ecosystem.
