Homewood Care

Homewood Care is a fully accredited aged care facility offering permanent care with a choice of shared or single rooms.

We specialise in providing high quality care in a boutique facility. Our qualified staff are able to care for residents with multiple care needs. We are able to provide palliative care, dementia care, PEG feeding, oxygen therapy, catheter care, pain and wound management. We focus on prevention with physiotherapy programs, continence management and memory enhancement programs.

The facility is divided over two floors, there are registered nurses and a team of qualified aged care Nurses.

A team of therapy staff are available to provide a wide range of social activities & therapeutic programs. There are outdoor activities with BBQs, games of bocce & regular walks to the park.

The Physiotherapist is available to develop an exercise program for your specific needs or provide a therapeutic massage for those weary muscles.

The Chef provides home cooked meals daily, catering for likes and dislikes and also for specific dietary needs.

Home-cooked cakes or biscuits are made fresh daily for morning or afternoon tea.
