We will work with you to establish the level of care that is required for your circumstance and then deliver a premium service to

ensure your loved one is well cared for, in the comfort they are accustomed to.

Complete Care

Every aspect of your care is met, allowing you to remain in the comfort of your own home when otherwise it might not be possible – from nursing care and health monitoring, to complete 24-hour care including meal preparation, personal care, laundry, domestic duties and assisted outings. The level of assistance can be discussed and agreed before care commences.

Flexible Care

Ongoing communication and monitoring between you or your loved one, your GP and our health care team ensures that the appropriate level of care is in place at all times.

Continuity of Care

Continuity of care is an important part of our standard of care. We will do our best to ensure you have familiar faces providing the care and becoming familiar with the way your loved one likes things done.

Case Management

The healthcare team who visit your home work closely with our office based Case Managers who are all experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurses. Case Management ensures that all aspects of care are brought together under the guidance of one experienced staff member.

There is a staff member available 24-hours a day, seven days a week to discuss any queries or concerns you may have.
