Our Puree meals meet the national standards for nutrition and texture and have been developed for people with Dysphasia, dental problems or other hurdles that prevent them from enjoying their food. Packaging and Delivery
Meal packing has been specifically selected for its safety, accessibility and dual heating capabilities. All meals are snap frozen to seal in taste and freshness and they are then delivered frozen by Home Chef drivers to the door, ensuring a safe food delivery and a reduction in food based illness. Our drivers are police cleared and trained to service seniors and vulnerable people. They are always ready to help put meals away for our clients as we are not a drop and run service. This allows our drivers to make observations of our clients and report back anything that may be an issue with regard to client’s health or safety in the home.
Home Chef has been proving nutritional meals delivered to the door since 1984 and with over 65 main meals to choose from plus soups desserts and seasonal meals we have something for everyone.
Owners Paul & Sharlene Moltoni purchased Home Chef in 2013 and have brought a wealth of knowledge with them. Paul has a background in food services and Sharlene has a background in nursing and a keen interest in nutrition.
Home Chef operates from a state of the art, purpose-built food preparation premises in Bassendean. Our compliance with Safety Act 3.2.3 ensures our provision of meals is safe for vulnerable people.
To complement our meals we have a dedicated customer care team including our drivers who are designated specific clients to take care of in order for them to be able to create trusting relationships and in turn be able to report on any changes that may be of concern to the welfare of our client directly to their service provider or next of kin. Our customer care team is trained in working with seniors & people with disabilities. They are always happy to help, from placing an order to placing the meals in the freezer at delivery.
We are a locally owned and operated professional meal delivery service that provides a range of delicious, nutritious and affordable meals delivered to the door. Our service is designed to promote choice, dignity and independence in the aged care and disability services sector.
