With a qualified, trained team, Resthaven is South Australia’s largest provider of home support services. Resthaven’s Restorative Care Pathway is a time-limited, goal-oriented service that supports older people to recover after illness or injury, or to address early signs of functional decline. Over a 6-week period, the program helps you improve your ability to manage daily tasks, regain strength, and continue living independently. The Restorative Care Pathway is funded by the Support at Home program The focus of the multidisciplinary team approach is healthy, active ageing to assist quality of life and avoid unnecessary hospitalisation, and possible premature entry to residential aged care. Our team will work closely with you to create a personalised care plan that reflects your goals, lifestyle, and choices.
