Home Care ServiceOur Home Care Service offers home and community services to the Chinese, Vietnamese and South East Asian elderly community. Our aim is to promote wellness and reablement; helping elders to maintain their independence and living in their own homes.  Day to day living activities can become difficult to manage for most people as they grow older. We provide tailored person centred  services to enable you to continue  living in your own home.  Our services are not limited to   cleaning, meals, domestic assistance, personal care, home maintenance, transport, social support, shopping, access to allied health services, access to home modifications and maintenance service, but we engage in quality interpersonal and social interaction in a friendly manner.  Our Home Care package service comes in four levels from basic (Level 1) to high (Level 4). Delivered as ‘Consumer Directed Care’, we work with you to create the best package to help meet your needs and achieve your goals. This gives you more increased client choices and flexibility.  Our services are available across the region, including:  Personal care – showering, bathing, toileting, dressing. Support services – cleaning, laundry, gardening, transport, home maintenance. Clinical care – nursing and allied health. Nutritional support – help with meals. Continence support – products and equipment. Mobility – aids and specialised equipment. Leisure support – activities and interests as individuals or in groups Wellness and reablement program – health workshops and information sessions CHARGES We provide subsidised Home Care Package and non-subsidised (private) Home Care service. Following recent changes, the Federal Government has allocated funds directly to Home Care clients to choose their preferred Home Care providers.  ANHF Home Care is able to deliver high quality and competitive subsidised Home Care Packages which reduces the cost to you. As part of the Home Care Package Program, our clients are requested by Government to contribute towards the cost of their package. Unique Care was originally known as Uniquekids when it was founded in 2015. It was a service to help and assist children with different Neuorological needs such as Autism/ ADHD. As our client base grew it was very clear that there was a great need for this service across all age groups and mental health conditions. We have now transitioned into Unique Care and Accommodation.Unique Care and Accommodation provides individualised services and short term accommodation to NDIS clients. All of our carers are individually chosen and have a lived experience in the area of mental health. This makes makes them the most compassionate and knowledgable care team we can provide. Our founder Julia Kilner has grown up in a family of neurodiversity which lead her down a path of education and discovery just when awareness was in it's infancy.​We understand the challenges neurodiverse people face living in a predominantly neurotypical world.
