Home Modifications Australia (MOD.A) is the national peak and industry body that represents home modification providers for the aged and people with disabilities. We are the only organisation that operates as a representative and advocacy group for home modifications. Our training is targeted towards knowledge/skills required to assess and do home modifications as per Australian standards, current best-practice and according to the requirements of various government programs and initiatives.

Therapy to improve movement and strength after illness or surgery
Falls prevention assistance and modifications to homes to increase safety
Help to cope with cognitive decline and carer stress
Advice for future planning and referral to other community services (such as personal care and aged placement consultants).
Referrals can be received from individuals, their family members or other health professionals acting on their behalf. FundingMater at Home also receives funding from various funding schemes and subsidies for eligible clients, including:
