Southern Cross Care WA is an accredited provider offering a range of services through Government-funded care via Home Care Packages (HCP), the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Short–Term Restorative Care (STRC) program or self-funded privately.

Our clients can choose from a broad range of services to build a health and lifestyle plan that is tailored to their aged-related health conditions and circumstances. Our services include personal care, social support (shopping service and/or companionship), cleaning, medication support, allied health, nursing support and in-home respite.

We offer home care to people living in the Perth metropolitan area as well as regional areas, including Broome and the South West.
