Changing the way the world ages by helping older Australians live well at home.
At Home Care Assistance, we’re proud to support older people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in the place they love most — their own home.
We believe that great care is about more than meeting daily needs — it’s about supporting older people to enjoy a full, meaningful and connected life. That’s why we use our Balanced Care Method™, a holistic approach that promotes a healthy mind, body and spirit. Our approach blends exceptional care, clinical expertise and genuine compassion, ensuring every person receives support that truly enhances their wellbeing.
Our Care Workers are the heart of our organisation, and we invest heavily in recruiting, screening and training the very best people. Every team member completes thorough background checks, are insured, and trained in key areas such as dementia care, post-hospitalisation support, household safety, healthy meal preparation and more. This means you can feel confident knowing consistent, trusted faces are walking through your door.
Our Care Workers are available to support you on weekdays, weekends, public holidays and overnight shifts. We also offer emergency after-hours telephone support.
