Our experienced Care Coordinators work closely with you to understand your needs and preferences, guiding you in selecting from a comprehensive range of in-home services. Together, we create a tailored care plan that supports your lifestyle and wellbeing.
You can access Help at Home through a variety of funding options:
- Home Care Packages (HCP): Government-subsidised support for older Australians
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS): Support for people of all ages living with a disability
- Fee for Service: Flexible private care options for those awaiting approval or not eligible for subsidised programs
Help at Home services are available to clients with provider-managed packages across Greater Sydney, as well as to self-managed clients Australia-wide.
Whatever your budget or independent care needs, we will provide your own Care Coordinator to put together an individually tailored program.
