HammondCare Social Clubs allow older people, including those living with dementia, to socialise and connect with a like-minded community. Clients can enjoy fun activities like gardening and games or can simply choose to relax. Our caring team also provides a freshly prepared lunch.
HammondCare Forest Oak Social Club opens in March 2023.
