With a community presence for over two decades, Fresh Hope Care’s Clelland Lodge in North Nowra has a well established reputation for excellence, and is an integral part of the wider community. 

Situated in a tranquil bushland location with accessible landscaped gardens and a wheelchair friendly native walking path, Clelland Lodge provides an environment of inspiration and stimulation. Local shops are within walking distance and a bus stop is positioned at the entrance, providing easy access to the shopping centre and essential services in Nowra. 

Clelland Lodge provides accommodation for over 120 residents, in ‘state of the art’ single rooms with private ensuites. We provide for a full range of options with specific rooms equipped for people requiring permanent, respite or dementia care.

Our full range of care enables Clelland Lodge to offer ageing in place, so residents are able to remain here as their lives and needs change.

In addition to our standard services, we are also able to offer specialised dementia care to 20 residents, in our secure unit that has access to a specially designed dementia garden. Healthy meals that are cooked onsite; laundry, housekeeping and personal care services are just some of the benefits we provide. The trained, caring staff ensure that our homely environments are friendly, safe and fun, with an award winning activities program, offering something for everyone.
