Ellimatta Retirement Village

Ellimatta Village consists of 17 units nestled into a corner position just a short walk from the East Maitland Shopping Centre. 

There are ten two-bedroom units and seven one-bedroom units.  The two-bedroom units have a large bathroom, separate laundry and the second bedroom is positioned to allow it to be used for other purposes if desired. The main bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and each unit has it's own private back garden. The one-bedroom units have a large bedroom with built-ins, an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge room area and a bathroom.  There is a separate laundry with washing machines provided for use by occupants of the one bedroom units.

A "common room" has been provided for resident activities and a 'Resident Coordinator' visits on a regular basis to assist with community services where necessary.

All units are fitted with RAA emergency call units.
