Eliza Park SRS

Eliza Park Supported Residential Services is registered by the Department of Human Services to provide supported accommodation and assistance with personal care for Long term and short term accommodation.

Eliza Park SRS is a low care facility designed for aged care, mental health care and those with a disability. At Eliza Park SRS we believe that all people must be treated as individuals and deserve care and services based upon individual, emotional, spiritual, social, physical, intellectual and aesthetic needs. Treat this as your home.

A range of activities are made available such as walking groups, bus outings, in house bingo, movies, arts & craft, sing alongs, gardening, church groups and an array of external activity groups which can be individually suited.

Services include:

• 46 beds, mixed shared and single rooms
• Personal care attendants on staff
• Care coordinator on staff
• Eliza Park SRS operates under the Health Act and provides a quality service
• Care planning documentation for residents ensure individual needs are being met
• Help with showering is available between 8am and 11am if required
• Medication administered by staff, dossett boxes filled/altered by the pharmacy
• GP visiting onsite weekly
• Public phone available to all residents
• Weekend activity coordinators provide in house and outdoor activities
• Peninsula Support Services providing bus trips twice a week
• Professional singer providing sing alongs weekly
• Pool table available in lounge area
• Three main meals a day provided as well as morning tea, afternoon tea and supper
• Laundry services handle all linen and clothes are washed on site by staff
• Clean and home-like environment with two TV lounges, large dining, large enclosed rear area with café blinds and on-site medical office
• Overnight staff monitor buzzer system and any other emergencies that may arise
• Shaves and haircuts provided free of charge on-site
• Walking distance to Mount Eliza Village and even shorter walk to the local bus stops in both directions.
