Dovely Home Care

My dad (almost 97!) has been a client of Dovely for some time. They are a small agency - he gets the same carer, on time, every time with no hidden fees and charges. Jenise and her team are AMAZING! She has a wealth of knowledge in aged care and provides a lot more than "care". Friendship, support, initiative, suggesting ways to make the bathroom safer for dad, suggesting (and providing) a fall belt, picking up a vanilla slice for dad on the way over just because she knows he loves them. The list goes on and on. I am not alone in my opinion. I have referred Dovely to others, and they all agree with me. (check out the testimonials on their website). Dovely have been providing care to my mum for the past year and I'm extremely happy with their support. After trying a few carers, Jenise is definitely the best. She's extremely caring, kind, experienced and knowledgeable. Jenise makes mum feel like she has a friend visiting. I feel confident when I'm away that mum is in the best hands. Jenise prepares mum's meals and the food is always nutritious and tasty.
