As part of our comprehensive continuum of care, Cumberland View Home Care supports you to maintain your independence and autonomy at home.

Our Support at Home Packages are tailored to your specific needs and delivered on a Consumer Directed Care (CDC) basis, with the assistance of our Home Care Manager.

Typical services available through your home care package are:

• Personal Care: Showering, dressing and/or toileting
• Home Care: Cleaning, laundry, bed linen change, shopping assistance and transport to medical and/or social appointments
• Support services: Medication management
  
• Access to other health and related services such as assistance with most allied health (Physio, OT, Massage, etc.)
• Meal Preparation
• Gardening.

Our office is conveniently located within the Cumberland View Retirement Village at Wheelers Hill.
