Cumberland View Home Care

As part of our comprehensive continuum of care, Cumberland View Home Care supports you to maintain your independence and autonomy at home.

Our Home Care Packages are tailored to your specific needs and delivered on a Consumer Directed Care (CDC) basis, with the assistance of our Home Care Manager.

Typical services available through your home care package are:

• Personal Care: Showering, dressing and/or toileting
• Home Care: Cleaning, laundry, bed linen change, shopping assistance and transport to medical and/or social appointments
• Support services: Medication management
  
• Access to other health and related services such as assistance with most allied health (Physio, OT, Massage, etc.)
• Meal Preparation
• Gardening.

There are four levels of Home Care Packages:

Home Care Level 1: Supports people with basic care needs
Home Care Level 2: Supports people with low level care needs
Home Care Level 3: Supports people with moderate/high level care needs
Home Care Level 4: Supports people with high/complex care needs.

Our Home Care office is conveniently located within the Cumberland View Retirement Village at Wheelers Hill.
