CCH Support at Home Services are focused on healthy ageing at home, with services tailored to meet your individual needs. This enables you to stay physically active, socially engaged, independent and safe in the comfort of your own home.
As an approved provider under the Commonwealth Government's Support at Home program, we offer a range of services. If you need assistance with the My Aged Care registration process, we're here to help.
If you aren't eligible for a government-funded Home Care Package or are awaiting approval, our services are also available on a fee-for-service basis.
