CLAREGE Retirement Village is an intimate over 55’s village nestled in the Perth Hills with beautiful views over the adjoining nature strip.
The units at the Clarege Retirement Village offer comfort and convenience and are refurbished to a beautiful near new standard. There are six 2 bed units and two 1 bed units in the Village. Some Units are available with a deluxe upgrade providing a bigger kitchen with a breakfast bar and other extras. All units are available with solar hot water and split system air-conditioning. Although an emergency call system is not included as part of the standard package, it can be arranged (for an additional fee) and installed.
Each Unit has its own undercover car bay, private garden area and some come with their own private courtyard with new paving (perfect for the small fur baby), reticulated garden beds and a private washing line. Residents can also enjoy their morning coffee or a compelling book in the lovely common room, which can also be used for private family functions. All residents have their own key to the community room.
Clarege also has its own well established raised garden beds with an abundant choice of fresh vegetables that they grow.
