Overview
I am a Community based RN on the Sunshine Coast, and I feel strongly that hospitalisations amongst our disabled and elderly can be reduced with timely, appropriate education and guidance at home to best manage their chronic conditions. I feel that my range of experience and background in education equips me well to provide services in:
