Choice Health and Wellbeing Group (CHWG) is a registered NDIS & ICWA service provider. We offer services that make a positive impact on the individual lives of people with disability from the age of 16 to over 65 years. Choice Health & Wellbeing Group is an all-around support team of medical specialists from Clinical Nurses, RNs, ENs, Support Workers, Cleaners, Gardeners, Domestic Assistants, and Therapists.

How We're Different

CHWG supports each client/participant and their family/NOK/guardian to feel empowered and be part of their local community through understanding their particular needs, goals, and ambitions, by building a capable and competent team around them.

All our staff are appropriately qualified and trained in every aspect of Community & Disability Care and undergo regular training to ensure they are up to date with the current compliance of NDIS standards and best practices. Enabling our team to be genuine advocates for those they support, while also finding ways to give back to the community.
