Chiswick Manor Care Community is set in a quiet location by the Parramatta River, not far from Abbotsford Bay, where we enjoy the benefits of gentle breezes. Our landscaped courtyards and covered terrace provide tranquil spaces to spend time with family and friends, or moments of quiet reflection. We are a warm and welcoming Care Community, known for our thriving community of Italian residents who enjoy sharing their culture, and our annual Art Show & Auction, where residents work with our art therapist to create original paintings to sell and raise money for charity.

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. Our state-of-the-art wellness centre enables residents to benefit from a holistic approach to wellbeing, rehabilitation and restorative care in a welcoming environment. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Whether it’s enjoying a book from our terrace library or preparing for our fortnightly cook-off challenge, there’s always plenty to do. We’re proud of our signature art-based cognitive therapy program, and our Italian residents who teach our team to speak Italian. We have strong ties to our local community, including monthly get-togethers with our young friends from the nearby kindergarten, and we raise thousands of dollars for charity each year at our Annual Art Auction.
