A homely, comfortable and relaxed environment for the elderly. Caulfield House is a purpose-built aged care home, with a lovely central courtyard area.
Single story, all rooms look out to a lovely garden area, where staff are friends & other residents become extended family. Friends and family are an important part of the Caulfield House environment. We strive to make sure that each & every resident, whether respite or permanent, feels part of the family.

All rooms are private with ensuites. Resident’s rooms are their own and they are encouraged to decorate these to suit their personal needs such as favourite photos, televisions, anything that will make the residents more comfortable.
All of our staff are permanent, qualified regular staff who excel in providing a lovely environment for the residents. Large range of activities on site and excursions. Public transport directly out the front of the facility.
At Caulfield House there are no in-going fees or bonds. We strive to provide accommodation & personal care at a reasonable rate. At Caulfield House there is no minimum stay and respite residents are only charged for the time they stay.
We accept funding from DVA, member support program, hospital funding, trustees and private funding. Respite residents payment is made by arrangement for respite stays, depending on the length of the stay.
Items not included in the room tariff can be found in our Provision of Information. Excursions, visiting entertainers, Hairdresser or Podiatrist accounts may be added to the residents’ invoices for convenience.
All direct services identified will be provided, if required, in accordance with the principles of the Supported Residential Services (Private Providers) Act 2010.
