The 97-bed new Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF), combined with 11 Independent Living Units (ILUs), is situated in a favourable residential area in Asquith, with shopping centres, transportation facilities, and other social venues nearby. It will serve the frail aged people, providing culturally and linguistically appropriate care and services, including meals and activity arrangements, enabling the seniors to age gracefully and happily.

CASS Asquith Aged Care Centre encompasses both the CASS Asquith Residential Aged Care Facility and CASS Quartz House, which provides independent living units.
