Carinity Clifford House

Carinity Clifford House, established in 1949, was our first service and it continues to provide a secure and tranquil lifestyle for residents today.

After a number of relocations, the residential aged care centre is now situated in a quiet cul-du-sac in the inner north Brisbane suburb of Wooloowin, offering 81 placements that cater for permanent residential aged care, dementia specific and respite.

Carinity believe in "living with purpose". A varied activities and entertainment program has something to suit all interests and live musical performances are a real highlight for residents. Regular coffee mornings are another great social occasion for family, friends and residents to meet up.

Nursing care is provided 24-hours a day, seven days per week by Registered Nurses and other support staff to provide an excellent standard of care in a friendly caring environment. There are regular visits from other medical staff, Physiotherapists and a Hairdresser; while all catering is done on site, ensuring nutritious home-made meals.

Our centre is just a 10 minute walk from both train and bus services and a short drive to Toombul Shopping Centre.

Our resident Chaplain conducts interdenominational devotions each week and visitors of other religious groups provide support for those of other faiths.

Outdoor seating areas are provided around the front of the building and in the back courtyard, which is a perfect place for residents to enjoy the lovely gardens and admire the abundant flowers.
