Capecare Dunsborough's independent living apartments opened in August 2021. All but 1 of the 21 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments have now been leased but we encourage interested people to register their details with us for when apartments become available.

Apartments are situated on 3 floors, each on a single level with lift and stair access. All apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and some have an additional study. They all have an undercover parking bay and storage room, spacious balcony overlooking natural bushland or the ocean. All lessees enjoy access to a shared Sky Lounge rooftop living space with indoor and outdoor kitchen, dining and lounge facilities and sweeping views over beautiful Geographe Bay.
