Burpengary Gardens Care Community is located 45 minutes north of Brisbane, our home is set in the heart of the Moreton Bay region. Nestled among lush tropical gardens and courtyards, we have an abundance of outdoor space for exercising, socialising with family and friends or enjoying quiet moments of reflection. Our Care Community is warm and inclusive, with strong ties to the local community. Our residents come from diverse cultural backgrounds which serves as a point of connection for residents and team.

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

We encourage our residents to pursue their interests whether it be art, craft, engaging in music, or participating in Virtual or Augmented Reality experiences that support cognition and reminiscence. Our men’s group enjoy friendly competition around our alfresco pool table and our indoor mini golf course. Residents like to keep active tending to our gardens with plenty of shaded areas to spend time outdoors.
