We support you to be healthy, active and enjoying life to the full by pursuing your interests and passions, socialising and engaging in activities in our Social Connection Hubs, or getting out into the community.

BSL Social Connections and In Home Support program, offers wellness and reablement programs in five locations, Fitzroy, Carrum Downs, Greenvale, Frankston, and Craigieburn, helping older people and their carers to connect with the community, make friends and maintain well-being offering person centered domestic and social support.
