Fernhill’s residential aged care services are delivered in a modern, welcoming setting. Bolton Clarke understands how important it is for you to feel at home so we make sure our bedrooms and shared spaces are designed to maximise your comfort. This includes the selection of contemporary décor & well appointed bedroom furnishings and fittings.
Your accommodation rate includes a fresh, tasty and nutritionally balanced meal service of breakfast, morning tea, 2 course lunch, afternoon tea and supper. The menu changes daily, on a four-week rotational basis.
Our services include respite services, dementia care; a registered nurse on duty 24 hours; visiting GP and allied health professionals.
Fernhill residents are encouraged to take advantage of the indoor and outdoor spaces available for relaxation and socialising. Our organised events and activities include arts and crafts, Happy Hour, regular BBQs and concerts and entertainment.

Day Therapy Centre
Bolton Clarke has over 20 years’ experience delivering preventative and restorative wellness programs in the Caboolture and Redcliffe Peninsula region. Our individual and group programs guide you to maintain your independence.
Keeping physically and mentally active is essential to your wellbeing. Bolton Clarke wellness programs are designed to deliver a holistic blend of services and activities. These include personalised exercise and physiotherapy programs and group classes such as tai chi and falls prevention.
Other specialised services include a diabetes management program accredited by Diabetes Australia to teach participants about medications and insulin, healthy eating, blood glucose monitoring and exercise.
