Belgrade Park Village, located in the heart of Wanneroo, offers a vibrant and friendly community for people aged 55 and over. Operated by Elderbloom Community Care Centres, this well-established village provides the ideal balance of independence, connection, and peace of mind.
Set among landscaped gardens and tree-lined pathways, the village is home to 192 comfortable units – 148 two-bedroom, 39 one-bedroom, and 5 bedsitters. Each unit is designed for easy living, with a well-appointed kitchen, bathroom/laundry, living area, and a private outdoor space.
Life at Belgrade Park Village is as social or relaxed as you choose. The Community Hall and Shaffer Lounge, the hub of the village, is a welcoming space for residents to gather and enjoy a range of activities. It features a fully equipped kitchen, dance floor, jukebox, snooker table, piano, computers, and Wi-Fi. Residents can also enjoy the onsite café, open weekdays from 10 am to 2 pm, a well-stocked library, a dedicated art and craft studio, and a six-rink artificial bowling green.
There’s always something happening, from indoor and outdoor bowls to fashion parades, concerts, luncheons, exercise classes, happy hours, bingo, darts, and mahjong. Ongoing “Bric-a-Brac” mini-fete adds to the friendly atmosphere and community spirit.
Getting out and about is easy, with the village mini-bus and 21-seater bus available for regular shopping trips and outings. Public transport is also right on the doorstep, with buses connecting to Perth, Joondalup, and local shopping centres.
As part of Elderbloom’s not-for-profit network, Belgrade Park Village has been proudly supporting older Australians since 1981. Here, residents enjoy a secure and well-maintained environment, friendly neighbours, and a caring team dedicated to making retirement living enjoyable, connected, and stress-free.
