For nearly 60 years, Avivo has supported older West Australians to live safely, independently, and comfortably at home. We’re a not-for-profit, for-purpose organisation dedicated to helping you stay connected to the life and community you love.
Our local teams provide support with daily living, personal care, transport, nursing, dementia support, home maintenance, and social connection, all tailored to your needs. Services are available through CHSP, Support at Home, or private funding, and can easily adjust as your circumstances change.
