Anglicare Southern Queensland is an approved Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Program provider, and we’re here to help you and your loved ones maintain their independence at home through a range of aged care services including, but not limited to: nursing and allied health support, cleaning, homecare, personal care and household assistance.

We’ll work with you to understand how you want your life to look and the services you need so you can remain in your own home for as long as possible.

Social support:

To help maintain your independence at home and to leave you more time to live the life you want, Anglicare will provide support with everyday household tasks, including:

• Social activities and outings
• Bus trips
• Shopping trips
• Group activities
• Transport solutions
• Shopping assistance
• Support and technology

Health and wellbeing:

Anglicare nursing staff are here to support you or your loved ones to remain at home by offering a diverse range of in-home health and wellbeing services, including:

• Allied health
• Better health through self-management
• Meal preparation
• Dementia services
• Medication monitoring
• Nursing
• Personal care
• Social work
• Counselling

Home maintenance:

Often a property that has been a family home or retirement residence is not suitable for in-home care or assisted living. We can help get you ready for the next stage of life with:

• Accessibility
• Home security
• General maintenance
• Fall prevention
• Repairs and modifications
• Garden care

Transport services:

Anglicare is able to provide transport assistance if you or the person you care for is unable to access or use your own vehicle or public transport.

Our transport services can be used to attend medical appointments, go shopping, and participate in social activities or to simply enjoy some time out of the house. We’re here to support you to get where you need to go.

Funding

Anglicare Southern Queensland can support full fee paying clients and Government funded clients including Home Care Package (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) recipients.
