Anglicare Dementia Advisory Services

Anglicare's Dementia Advisory Services support people living with dementia and their carers.

The services aim to provide information, education, cognitive rehabilitation strategies and support to improve the wellbeing of people living with dementia and those who care for them.

Services include:

• Individual and family support through home visits, support groups, education and phone sessions
• Peer support groups for people living with dementia
• Connection Cafes - provides opportunities for those living with dementia and their carers to interact with others in a formal setting
• Information and education - sessions and forums to provide education and training about dementia
