Mobile community Occupational Therapy support for adults in the Mid North Coast NSW, including Port Macquarie, Taree and Forster regions. We have experience in hospital discharge, community aged care and disability services. We have an interest in supporting people with neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, dementia, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury and other neurological conditions. Services include: Home and Workplace Assessment, Functional Capacity Assessments, Cognitive Assessment and intervention, Assistive Technology, Therapy (Capacity Building) and Upper Limb Management.
