Aegis Kitchener Gardens Retirement Village

Located on the corner of Kitchener and Stock Road, the Village is central to Melville Shopping Plaza, Melville Community and Theatrical Centre and only a 10 minute bus ride into Fremantle.
 
Kitchener Gardens has 28 one and two-bedroom units. They are nicely appointed with reverse cycle air conditioner, carpeted, modern drapes and light fittings and all units are freshly painted in neutral tones. The Village also has an on site manager that can assist with any issues that may occur outside office hours.

The Village features 24 hour emergency telephone/pendant system for medical emergencies. When activated, the system alerts the adjacent Melville Aged Care Facility for assistance.

The large community dining room with library and lounge area hosts a variety of activities for residents to participate in and enjoy.
