Overview
The Aegis Banksia Park Transitional Care Program (TCP) is a unique and innovative pilot program, jointly funded by the State and Commonwealth Governments.
It provides short term rehabilitative care for post hospital frail aged or those in the community requiring assistance to maintain independence in either their own home or in a comfortable home-like environment.
