About
Woodhaven is home to a vibrant, welcoming and inclusive community that maintains strong connections with the local area and partnerships with local organisations. For more than 25 years, we have cared for and supported the wellbeing of many people throughout Lockhart and the wider regions of the Riverina.
The original home was built in 1990, as a home to just 13 residents. The first expansion took place in October 2003, with the addition of a further 10 beds. With the assistance of a generous government grant, the next exciting chapter of Woodhaven is planned to add a further 6 rooms and upgrade to the existing facilities.
