Uninterrupted views over the Indian Ocean make Wearne Cottesloe a perfect residential choice. This gently undulating property is home to several heritage listed buildings with a unique charm. The original wing of this building was constructed in 1897. Additions followed in 1909. Major renovation works in 2003 restored this building to its former glory.
The hostel is managed by Bethanie on behalf of Curtin Care, the owners and approved aged care provider. Recent extensions have created a new suite of rooms. Each has a private ensuite, built-in robes, phone connection and nurse call system. These new rooms offer residents superb views onto either landscaped gardens, or out over the ocean.
Tasteful and well appointed lounge and dining areas, and enclosed courtyards, are also part of this new design.
