Waratah Community Village is located in Port Bouvard, just 10 kilometres south of Mandurah, Western Australia, just near where the Peel Estuary meets the Indian Ocean. The Village is constructed on 2 hectares of land owned by Waratah Community Church. Whilst all are welcome at church services, there is no requirement for residents to attend, or be involved in, church activities. In 2012 the day to day management of the Village has been brought under the Bethanie Villages umbrella, allowing the residents of this small and unique village to benefit from the expertise of Bethanie’s dedicated Village team.
