Villa Maria Direct offers service delivery 24 hours a day, seven days a week, overnight or for extended periods of care. Services are privately funded by you when and how you need them, and a doctor's referral is not required. With Villa Maria Direct, the choice is yours.
Villa Maria Direct has a network of experienced and trained community support workers delivering a range of services including:
- Cooking and meals preparation
- Assistance with personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Respite care
- Shopping and errands
- Escorting to appointments and social outings
- Assistance with exercise programs
- Care Planning.
Villa Maria also offers Tele-care.
Villa Maria's Tele-care services can provide support and extra security for you at home.
There are a number of tele-care assistive products provided and installed by Villa Maria including:
- Personal alarm with 24 hourly monitoring
- A falls pendant which alerts us should you need assistance
- Various sensors that can be installed at home to ensure assistance is at hand should you need it.
