Carinya is a dementia-specific, planned recreational and overnight respite service. It aims to maintain independence and quality of life for carers and people with memory loss.
Carinya caters for the special needs of people living with dementia in a home-like environment with programs available seven days and nights per week. Carinya's flexible and responsive activities and programs are designed to meet individual needs. Assistance is provided to people from Melbourne's eastern metropolitan region.
