Support at Home: Live life your way with Vasey RSL Home Care

As we age, it is likely that at some point, we will begin to find certain tasks a struggle. Health issues may also limit our ability to do everything we used to.

‘Home Care Packages’, soon to be known as ‘Support at Home’ is government-funded flexible support for those who are eligible, which provides funding to cover the assistance you need for the things you are finding difficult.

This funding helps make your life easier and more enjoyable. It enables you to remain in your own home and your familiar environment and continue to live your life.

With support in place, you can continue to share your life with those who matter most.

Vasey RSL Care has been providing support and services to older people living in their own homes for over two decades. We are proud of the services our organisation offers to support older Australians and the veteran community.

Care Services Available

Home Care Package/Support at Home funding can be used for the services you need to help make your life easier: our staff will assist you to set up suitable services. Your needs may be: 

• Advice and guidance
• Mobility and safety equipment
• Nursing or allied health care services
• Domestic assistance
• Transport and access to the community
• Gardening & home maintenance
• Personal care
• Shopping and meal preparation
• Social activities
• Emergency phone help
• Something that is unique to you and your particular needs or circumstances
