Healthy Living for Seniors offers social and recreational activities that are designed to keep you active and connected in your community. You can participate if you're over 65 (or over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) and living independently, either in your own home or a retirement village.
Our Uniting people are skilled at planning activities to suit your unique interests and needs at our friendly Healthy Living for Seniors centres or in your home. We offer:
• Support to get involved with social groups, activities and hobbies that are enjoyable and great for your body and mind
• Exercise activities
• Transport to appointments and social get togethers
• A helping hand to connect carers to other support services
