Overview
Our Social Activity Groups are intended for seniors of Spanish speaking background to participate in weekly structured activity groups aimed at increasing independence, building clients' strengths and improving participants' well-being and quality of life through increased social connection in an entertaining and inclusive way.
UNITED has three different groups in which participants can enjoy:
- Arts and crafts:
- Exercise classes: Mild physical exercises, cognitive activities, games, Zumba and meditation.
- Outings and trips
Centre based care features
- CHSP funded service
- Provides meals
Additional details: Services for Spanish clients at several locations in north, south & west metropolitan areas
