Reviews
Administration leaves much to be desired. I was refused a visit to my wife because I did not book in advance..
Very sterile environment. Incredible unnecessary challenges in trying to see my Aunt. Prior to Christmas we made multiple attempts to book online. Rang them directly and was told no one was available to help us book directly and they would call back. No return call was made by the Trinity staff so we were unable to visit my Aunt for Christmas. We have witnessed on previous visits in the Dementia ward where residents are left sitting in chairs watching TV. There appeared to be no interaction by any staff with the residents to occupy them. We have found that being able to visit relatives is made incredibly hard that you can not even see them to see what is happening
