Overview
TransCare is an approved Aged Care provider offering services for people with a Home Care Package and for people registered for the Commonwealth Home Support Program. We cover the Muswellbrook Shire Council and Upper Hunter Shire Council areas.
TransCare also provides Transport services with our fleet of vehicles which assists residents to remain independent and connected to their community.
TransCare is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and we have a team of dedicated office staff, qualified care workers and drivers. We also support our clients and consumers with the assistance of our ambassadors and our wonderful volunteers.
