Most people want to continue living at home for as long as possible. Some people who are frail aged and people with disability find this difficult without some assistance. The Town of Bassendean’s Seniors and Disability Services provide that support so that you’re able to continue living independently in the community.
Using the ‘wellness’ approach, we act as partners to help you remain in your own home, living within the community you know so well. We encourage you to make decisions and choices and actively participate in your own support services.
All services are monitored to make sure that you, our client, receive appropriate services that meet your individual needs and help you to remain independent.
