The Salvation Army Community Care (VIC)
About
Our Community Care services offer support to older Australians who choose to live independently in their own home. Our staff are friendly and fully qualified, and will spend dedicated time getting to know you one-on-one, in order to fully understand your needs.
When you choose our Community Care services, we will organise a time to visit you at home. This will allow us to have a thorough understanding of what kind of support you need, so that we can create a plan to meet your needs. Our services support people living at home with tasks such as cleaning, cooking, transport and nursing care.
Many of these services are attached to Government funded schemes, such as Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Fee for Service, Veterans Home Care, and Healthlink Allied Health Services.
