Volunteers available to help with tax returns

The Australian Tax Office’s free “Tax Help” program offers assistance to low income earners to complete their tax returns.
Tax Help is a free, confidential service with over 1,300 trained community volunteers offering help and guidance.
The program is available to people with straightforward tax matters and volunteers are available to help people prepare and lodge their tax return and understand what can be claimed as a tax deduction and how to claim it.
