As Australians are living longer, it is important there is greater knowledge of the range of preventive health behaviours of Australians. In particular, this research seeks to understand people’s awareness of immunisations, as well as which population groups face barriers to accessing immunisations.
The survey asks you several questions about yourself, including some general demographic questions and then some specific questions about your health and thoughts about immunisation.
Completing and submitting the online survey will be taken as indicating that you have consented to participate in this project. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the survey, please close your browser.
The survey is anonymous. Please do not enter any identifying information, such as your name, address or National Seniors membership number.
Your responses will be kept strictly confidential. Survey data will be stored on password protected databases and servers, with access restricted to National Seniors research staff involved in the project.
The information provided will be used solely for the purpose of this project. Any reports, publications and/or presentations arising from this project will be presented in group format, to ensure the anonymity and confidentiality of all participants.
National Seniors Australia has been commissioned by BioCSL to undertake this market research survey.
The funders of the survey will receive an aggregated report on the findings, but will not be given access to the original survey data. This project will be carried out within the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and applicable Market Research codes of conduct.
